Dr. Harley D. Ramsey, President
Dr. Ramsey brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning K–12 education, higher education, executive leadership development, and private-sector operations. His professional experience includes serving as a Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent, High School Principal, Assistant Principal, Agricultural Education Teacher, and private-sector Operations Manager. He has also serves as an adjunct professor for educational leadership. Harley provides consultative services in the areas of board development, strategic planning, organizational and operational analysis, school and community engagement, curriculum and instructional leadership, assessment literacy, professional learning, facilities planning, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
